Usage Method

1. Identify the equipment or energy source that requires lockout and determine the number of authorized personnel involved.
2. Attach the BOZZYS Hasp Lock BD-K52 to the lockout point or equipment using the hook.
3. Each authorized personnel inserts their respective padlock into the lock holes (up to 9 padlocks can be used).
4. Use a water-based pen to write necessary information (such as personnel details, lockout reason) on the aluminum tag's both sides.
5. Verify that the hasp lock is securely fastened, padlocks are in place, and the tag information is clear.
6. When the work is completed and it is safe to remove the lockout, all authorized personnel must remove their padlocks, and update or remove the tag information before releasing the hasp lock from the equipment.
