Usage Method

1. Identify the electrical switch or distribution cabinet that requires lockout.
2. Use the electrical switch lock from the kit to secure the switch or appropriate part of the distribution cabinet within the 1.06in (27mm) diameter range.
3. Insert the padlock into the electrical switch lock to secure it, ensuring the switch cannot be operated.
4. Attach the included tag to the padlock or equipment, clearly indicating the lockout status, personnel involved, and reason for lockout.
5. Verify that the lockout is secure and the tag is clearly visible. When the work is completed and it is safe to remove the lockout, remove the tag, padlock, and electrical switch lock in sequence.
