Usage Method

1. Identify the equipment or energy source that requires lockout and determine the number of authorized personnel involved.
2. Attach the PROLOCKEY Steel Hasp Lock SH02-H to the lockout point or equipment using the 1.5in (38mm) hook.
3. Each authorized personnel inserts their respective padlock into the lock holes (up to 6 padlocks can be used).
4. Engage the anti-opening lock to ensure the hasp lock is securely fastened and cannot be opened unauthorizedly.
5. Verify that the equipment is locked out and cannot be operated.
6. When the work is completed and it is safe to remove the lockout, all authorized personnel must remove their padlocks, then disengage the anti-opening lock and release the hasp lock from the equipment.
