The DUUKE Circuit Breaker Lock E21A is a specialized device designed for locking out circuit breakers with handle thickness ≤0.67 inch (17mm) and width ≤1.89 inch (48mm). Usage Instructions
- Identify the circuit breaker with handle thickness ≤0.67 inch (17mm) and width ≤1.89 inch (48mm) to be locked out.
- Adjust the bottom baffle according to the stroke of the circuit breaker handle.
- Secure the lockout device onto the circuit breaker handle, then rotate the screw rod clockwise by hand to fix it, ensuring the metal tooth block locks securely.
- Insert a safety padlock or hasp through the 7.5mm lock hole to complete the lockout. For multi-person lockout, use a hasp to allow multiple padlocks.
